How to Use:

1. For uttapams: Lightly grease and preheat the uttapam maker. Pour batter into the four sections, add your favourite toppings and cook on both sides until done.

2. For grilling: Lightly grease and preheat the grill pan, then place your prepared food on the ridged surface. Cook until ready, turning as needed.

Care & Instructions:

1. Allow the pans to cool completely before cleaning with mild soap, water and a soft sponge.

2. Use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scrubbers to help protect the cooking surfaces.

3. Cook on low to medium heat and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for compatible stovetops and dishwasher use.
