Shipping Policy
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase.
- Delivery within 3–7 working days depending on your location.
All shipments are packed in fragile-safe packaging to minimize the risk of breakage.
Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:
- Eligible Cases: Damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at info.blluex@gmail.com.
- A clear image & mandatory unboxing video is required as proof.
- Replacements or refunds will be initiated after verification and inspection of the claim.
Not Eligible:
Change of mind, usage damage, or minor variations in finish/color.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
- For replacement cases, a refund will be issued only if a replacement is not available.
